Scope Of Work
This project consisted of renovation of 266 concrete balconies and 20 concrete patios with new concrete balconies; new railing to meet building code; tuck pointing; masonry sealing; and painting steel I-beams, lintels, and sliding door frames. We were given 8 months to complete the project and the project was finished in 5 months.
