Scope Of Work
This tenant improvement project was part of a 40k sqft 2 story office building which was converted into a daily homeless shelter and a variety of offices for onsite employees. We built a large commercial restaurant style kitchen with a large cafeteria for cooking and feeding the homeless. We added shower rooms, locker rooms, laundry room, classrooms, meeting rooms, approximately 80 offices and 4 medical rooms for onsite doctors.
