KNS Building Restoration, Inc.
KNS recently completed a state-of the art panel system installation in Long Island City, Queens. Known as L-Haus Condominiums, this high-profile project was designed by the firm Cetra/Ruddy Inc. who intended the tonal exterior, with its various finishes, to relate to both the neighborhood’s industrial origins and the building’s large interior green space. The Stahl Organization was the developer of L-Haus.
To execute the large exterior metal panel system installation, KNS started with imported custom-made exterior panels by Swiss Pearl. KNS custom-fabricated all accent metals which were all custom-coated prior to installation.
For this project KNS also installed a Johns Manville roofing system with pavers.
