Gwinco Construction & Eng., is a General Engineering Contractor and Union company established in 1997 with over 28 years of experience.  We are a leader in our industry specializing in concrete storm drain structures, catch basins, junction structures, channels, inverts, CDS structures, reinforced concrete pipe installation, underground wet utilities, concrete spillways, reinforced concrete trapezoidal channels, reinforced concrete boxes, rip-rap, manholes and various types of drainage.

We have completed numerous flood control projects in the most difficult conditions for public entities, sanitation districts, private developers, flood control districts and Caltrans.  Certified with the State of California as a small business and signatory with the Laborers, Carpenters, Cement Masons and Operators Unions.
