Scope Of Work

The project consists of construction of a new addition to, and selective interior renovations of the existing Swig Arts Center.  The Work is primarily construction of a new addition to, and selective interior renovation of the existing Arts Center; the work includes but is not limited to the following: sitework, selective demolition, general construction, renovation work, coordination with Owner’s Work under separate contracts, and temporary facilities and controls to protect the existing building.
