Scope Of Work
Office Fit-out in a building we constructed in Newtown, PA, consisting of 6,867 SF. The Building is a two-story, slab on grade, building. The Work itself consisted of select demolition (concrete floor slab cutting and removal for plumbing and electric), concrete replacement, rough carpentry, finish carpentry, architectural millwork, and casework, roof patching (for a new HVAC Unit), caulking and sealants, doors/frames and hardware, keying of hardware, interior glass and glazing, removal & replacement of Marvin Doors, light gauge metal framing and drywall, ceramic tile, ACT, carpet and resilient flooring, painting, fire extinguishers, signage, toilet accessories, window treatments, fire protection(automatic sprinkler) plumbing, HVAC, electrical, lighting, telephone/data/TV conduit and back boxes.
