Scope Of Work
Oxford PharmaGenesis (http://www.pharmagenesis.com) is a leading independently owned consultancy to the Health Science industry that provides consulting services and communications to clients including specialist devices, diagnostics and nutraceuticals companies, and professional societies, patient groups and academic institutions, which provides new treatments to the world in areas of unmet medical needs.
The project is their US Headquarters; a 9,800 square foot suite. The Fit-Out and Improvements included improvements to a Class-A, state-of-the-art building on the Cricklewood Green Office Campus in Newtown PA. This headquarters relocation included new conference spaces, huddle areas, private offices, a new kitchen and wellness space, as well as, open offices. The project included state-of-the-art mechanical, electrical and tele/data provisions, as well as, upscale finishes.
