Principal Owner of Cornerstone, John Fox, began his career earning a degree in Architecture from NYIT. John works diligently and untiringly with and for his clients, directing the technical, administrative and financial divisions of the firm. John possesses years of expertise in inspections and construction-related work as well as extensive knowledge of building codes and zoning laws. John also possesses skill in design through his experience in expediting designs and drafting components of building operations. This skill level, together with an unrivaled proficiency in complete project management, produces projects of the utmost quality that are unmatched in attention to detail.
Since opening Cornerstone, John and his team have continued to demonstrate and act on their knowledge of building code and zoning, having worked on a wide range of projects for both the residential and commercial sides of the construction and real estate industries.
