Scope Of Work
Size of Project: 25,000 square feet
Type of Project: Foam Roofing to a metal roof deck
Specification: 2.7lb Foam Sprayed at 1.5”. Elastomeric Coating System installed over foam @ 3 gallons per square
Assignment: Install a spray foam roofing system over a 25 year old meal roof. Provide owner with a 10 year leak free warranty.
Solution: Cool-Roof Systems installed 1.5” of sprayed polyurethane foam to approximately 25,000 square feet of a metal roof deck. Due expansion and contraction of the existing metal roof spray foam was installed to properly seal and insulate the warehouse and office area. The roof has a current 10 year leak free warranty.
