Scope Of Work
Type of Project: Foam Roofing to a metal roof deck
Specification: 2.7lb Foam Sprayed at 3.0”. Elastomeric Coating System installed over foam @ 1.5 gallons per square.
Assignment: Install a spray foam roofing system over a metal roof deck. Provide owner with a 10 year leak free warranty.
Solution: Cool-Roof Systems installed 3.0” of sprayed polyurethane foam to approximately 10,000 square feet of a metal roof deck. Due expansion and contraction of the existing metal roof spray foam was installed to properly seal and insulate the Quonset hut shaped building. The roof has a current 10-year leak free warranty that covers labor and material for the full term of the warranty.
