Scope Of Work
Type of Project: Foam Roofing to a metal deck
Specification: 2.7 lb Foam Sprayed at 5.5”. Elastomeric Coating System installed over foam @ 1.5 gallons per square.
Assignment: Install a spray foam roofing system over a Robinson 22-gauge metal “B” deck with flutes. Provide owner with a 20-year leak free warranty.
Solution: Cool-Roof Systems installed 5.5” of sprayed polyurethane foam to approximately 172,000 square feet of a metal roof deck, helping to convert this U.S. Postal Annex and Distribution Center into a cold storage facility for Mission Produce. The roof has a current 20-year leak free warranty that covers labor and material for the full term of the warranty.
