Scope Of Work
Size of Project: 28,300 square feet
Type of Project: Foam Roofing to a metal roof deck
Specification: 2.7lb Foam Sprayed at 1.5”. Elastomeric Coating System installed over foam @ 1.5 gallons per 100 square feet
Assignment: Repair and recoat 10,600 sq. ft. of existing foam roof. Install a spray foam roofing system over 17,700 sq. ft. metal roof. Provide owner with a 10-year leak free warranty that includes labor and material for the full term.
Solution: Cool-Roof Systems installed 1.5” of sprayed polyurethane foam to approximately 17,700 square feet of a metal roof deck. Due to expansion and contraction of the existing metal roof, spray foam was installed to properly seal and insulate the warehouse and office area. The roof has a current 10-year leak free warranty.
