Scope Of Work
Cleaned the concrete floors after most of the construction was completed. Cleaning included use of citrus chemicals to remove tire marks from large equipment. Large oil spills were also cleaned up with only shadowing left behind. After the cleaning, sealing of the floors took place with a penetrating sealer-L & M Seal Hard which calls for applying product at the rate of 200 square feet per gallon. The finished product with provide dust proofing and ease of cleaning for at least 10 years. The up front cost is not that much more compared to cheap sealers which are mainly topical and will require maintenance after 6 months.
The job was 220,000 square feet and took approximately 5 days to clean and 5 days to seal.
