Scope Of Work
At Riverbend Apartments, concrete bands were cracking due to the rusting of the rebar and wear and tear. The extensive damage resulted in quite a challenge. AAR had to caulk every window and air conditioner unit, and the entire building received waterproofing, including the parking deck.
Another company had tried to repair the pool deck area but were unsuccessful. AAR drained the fountain area and ripped out old drains, removed grit and dirt, and lined the area with more silicon-based sealer after new drains had been installed. In the end, both the building and pool deck looked phenomenal.
