Scope Of Work
Various parts of the roof at Immaculate Conception were leaking. Since there was a wide range of roofing styles, it was difficult to decide how to approach the problem. AAR replaced Spanish Villa style clay tiles, applied an EPDM fully adhered system over the flat roof, and installed new shingles on two steeple roofs, all while adding waterproofing shields. Now, no matter the season, the building experiences no roof leaks.
