Scope Of Work
One of Calvary’s mausoleums required an addition and its 10,000 square feet roof needed to be replaced. Another company had been called in previously but was unsuccessful in fixing the problem. AAR took on the challenge. The roof was concrete pitch, so AAR used special rubber substances to not only fix it but also avoid similar problems in the future. In addition, on a new mausoleum addition, AAR installed 9,000 square feet of a new EPDM roofing. After completion and inspection, it was given a 20-year warranty from the manufacturer.
