Scope Of Work

Kimball Construction offered our carpentry capabilities while serving as the subcontractor for a recreational parks and rec facility. The project consisted of constructing a 2,500-sf timber framed pavilion to provide shade for park guests. Kimball also constructed a 1,500-sf restroom comfort station. Kimball installed a pre-engineered storage building to house park accessories.

The work self-performed by Kimball included: structural and architectural concrete, rebar installation, and rough carpentry. Specifically, managing building materials, machinery, and fixtures in accordance to project plans. Project fixtures consisted of heavy, exposed timber and high-end finishes.
