Scope Of Work
This was a 5,500 square foot, design-build, tenant finish to create the Fusion Night Club. The project schedule and design was fast-tracked to get the bar open within a month and a half of construction, which was successfully completed on time. The highlighted items of the build-out included adding a new ERV (Energy Recovery Ventilator) unit within the space, adding plumbing for a full-sized bar and kitchen and adding sufficient electrical power throughout the space for lighting and sound to accommodate a full sized dance floor. The plumbing included saw cutting over 200 LF of concrete and installing a sump pump pit to allow for proper water drainage from the bar. The space was finished with LVT flooring throughout the main flooring area, and VCT was installed in both the kitchen and bar areas. Fire alarm notification was added to the space as well as the installation of two new fire sprinkler heads in the kitchen which were added onto the existing fire sprinkler system. Overall, the project was a huge succesd. It was finished on time and under budget.
