Our Story
ARC Services has been servicing homeowners, homebuilders and commercial contractors and general contractors since 1993. Working throughout the Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware and DC areas we take great pride in keeping new construction dry and free from mold and mildew. We also solve water and moisture problems which occur in existing homes and buildings, both poured concrete and block walls.
We specialize in both waterproofing and damproofing. We use a variety of environmentally safe and friendly products available throughout the industry. We provide drain tile and protective and insulating backer board systems available in all applications and sizes. We are Air / vapor barrier systems certified by the ABAA.
