Complete Environmental Services Solutions
Maspeth Environmental is fully licensed, bonded and insured to perform all varieties of abatement and remediation services in the State of New York. We have extensive experience removing and disposing of contaminated roofing material, pipe insulation, plaster, caulking, VAT and more. We own and operate the heavy equipment necessary to conduct abatement activities of any size and complexity which is why many of New York’s most well respected real estate, engineering and general contracting firms turn to Maspeth for their abatement needs.
“At Maspeth, we understand that a successful abatement or remediation project is one that moves quickly and safely; with the most minimal impact possible on the occupants of the project facility and neighboring buildings.”
When you bring your project to Maspeth, we will do a great deal more than just show up to perform the scope of work under contract. We will completely manage the regulatory process on your behalf, expedite all your required filings and provide you with a comprehensive closeout package upon completion to ensure that all your paperwork is in order should you ever be required to produce it for a governmental agency or to facilitate a sale.
Introducing the MEC-MDU1 Mobile Decontamination Units
Our custom built fleet of state of the art mobile decontamination units are designed to exceed NYS and DEP rules and regulations. These units enable Maspeth to bring applicable projects to completion faster and more cost effectively than our competitors while also reducing the exposure of our clients to stop-work delays and ECB violations. In addition to all the standard features required in a decontamination unit (hot showers, airlock separated chambers, etc.) ours units are outfitted with large clean water supply and capture tanks, allowing us to conduct operations on facilities where access to utilities would otherwise be an issue (such as vacant buildings slated for demolition).
