Scope Of Work
Developer's Diversified Realty Corporation needed a complete exterior painting of a large outdoor mall in Pasadena. We provided a comprehensive solution to address each area's painting requirements while minimizing interference of the daily mall operations. Several large towers required extensive scaffolding and special "spider" lifts to access difficult areas. Our crews provided a top quality finished project, on time and on budget. The client was extremely pleased with the results.
