I have worked in sales for many years working my way up from a sales rep to a Brand Manager and Regional Sales Manager. I understand the sales call process and the complexities of both small and large accounts. I am passionate about building positive relationships with all involved in the sales process - both internal and external. I believe in a collaborative approach with open and honest communication with all involved. I have gained much experience over the years and enjoy passing along this experience to my sales staff and peers. I love NEW - new products, new methods, new markets, new innovation and enjoy brainstorming on NEW strategy.
