Prima Tile & Carpet opened in 1991 with the vision of not just selling floor covering material, but providing the installation of all the products sold. My dream was to build a company that put customer satisfaction above all else. Being a licensed Tile & Marble contractor was the first ingredient in my recipe for success. I knew I would need to find a way to set myself apart from my competition. With a floor covering store on every corner, and often times one on each corner of an intersection I knew my company needed to be different from the rest. I quickly shunned the idea of trying to be the cheapest store around. That was just too simple, and obvious. I decided I wanted Prima T&C to be known as "The Best in the Business" when it came to the installation. I also knew I would need to remain competitive from a pricing stand point because the over whelming majority of shoppers are swayed by the lowest price.

After our first year of business I closed our advertising campaign. Prima T & C had more business than was ever conceived; all Thanks to "Word of Mouth advertising." it seemed that word spread like wild fire about the store than delivered as promised.

We use the same crews, we do not sub contract to the installer that will work for the least amount of money. Our installers work to my standards which are industry standards x 10.

In the service business this is as simple as keeping my word with people. Especially in South Florida due to the transiant nature of the region. Just about everyone in South Florida goes into business for themselves, hence the average consumer has been burned over and over again by companies than do not deliver as promised. By doing what came natural to me, which meant treating people the same way I like to be treated when purchasing a Product & Service. We keep our word by showing up on time, we never start another job unless the previous 1 has been completed, and we never cut corners for any reason.
