Scope Of Work

The project consisted of renovation of existing warehouse space to create a 4,000 sf automotive lab with equipment for hands on technician training, classroom, storage room, and lab observation and viewing platform. The space required new mechanical and electrical equipment to serve the spaces. Two new overhead doors were put in to the existing warehouse walls and a 60 foot ramp was built up to have vehicular access to the automotive lab. The new lab was built with automotive lifts, tire balancers, alignment rack equipment, and a new compressed air system.
