Scope Of Work
The Trinity Valley School addition consists of three separate additions to the campus identified as the Upper, Middle and Lower School additions. The Upper School addition totals 10,667 SF (first and second level), the Middle School totals 13,116 SF and the Lower School comes to 14,484 SF for a total added SF of 38,267. Additional scope of work includes a new chiller system along with a replacement of existing piping, pumps and added piping for new additions. Phase II work included a brand new playground, athletic facilities and outdoor courtyards and teaching areas.
RO worked closely with the design team and the School Board/Construction Committee to bring the the aspirations and vision for the educational culture of the future to life.
