Scope Of Work
Custom designed in the style of Frank Lloyd Wright, this modern contemporary home of 3,500sf was a retrofit over an existing 1950's style split-entry ranch home. The reconstruction required extensive demolition, new HVAC facilities, with a dazzling interior of maple and oak hardwood and custom millwork pieces. State-of-the-art Audio/Video room, weight-training and hobby room and custom designed kitchen with Hi-tech appliances. Additional garage, storage rooms and new stainless steel railing for the new redwood deck and full landscape and pool re-construction.
