Scope Of Work
This project is comprised of the renovation of an existing space into a new 14,000 square foot medical office adjoining a busy orthopedic practice. The Project Scope included site improvements and parking; structural work, new automatic entrance door system; new electrical service, HVAC system installation; a new reception area offering both quiet waiting areas and a television viewing space. The reception/check-in areas are finished with custom millwork; as well as new examination and treatment rooms and offices. This project was constructed in phases to permit this busy medical practice to remain in full operation throughout the entire construction project.
Upon completion of Phase One the entire practice relocated into the new space and the second portion of the project began which completely renovated those vacated spaces. This provided additional administrative areas and examination rooms. When the project was completed the entire office building was converted into one large medical office for the entire practice. Since completing the renovation project, ACC has provided construction services for several smaller projects, including the creation of a new Lobby/Entrance/Vestibule.
