Scope Of Work

Completed in August 2014, CVS Caremark’s New Digital Experience Center features 29,400 square feet of space on two floors featuring an open plan with a focus on collaborative space and integrated technology. The main floor is built upon a raised flooring system suspended over the fiber-optic wiring system so there are no visibility of the wire work through-out. The open concept working areas have a Mezzanine Level overlooking the Administrative Areas with a dramatic stairway. The collaborative elements include three conference rooms with full video conferencing, five smaller conference/meeting rooms, three project rooms, two labs and a variety of seating and collaborative areas throughout the building. Individual work stations have been installed in the main area with management office pods and conference areas looking out into the area.

An entirely new fiber-optic and electrical system has been installed featuring the latest audio visual equipment as well as wireless internet access throughout the facility. Also included was the installation of a new HVAC system. Building amenities include a large patio with shaded seating areas, access to the “Path to Better Health” walking path, full shower facilities and a Wellness Room. Also included is a café offering hot and cold meals and a kitchen area with refrigerators, microwaves and vending machines. The entire fit-out project was completed in under four months.
