Scope Of Work
The Arlington Manor Community Room Project created a new Community/Meeting Room with a Kitchenette. The scope of work included replacement of the existing ACT system with a new acoustical ceiling tile system and gypsum board soffits. Also included was the installation of a new HVAC system; bathroom and plumbing modifications; sprinklers; new light fixtures, fire alarm devices and sound system. Services conclude with the replacement of the exterior window wall system; addition of new kitchen appliances, cabinets and millwork; new interior finishes including carpet and sheet vinyl flooring and base as well as window treatments.
