The Hilton Garden Inn delivers exactly what the market needs – a brand new hotel with an onsite, concept restaurant, private dining and modern event space for corporate and social customers. In addition, it offers an indoor pool, fitness center and 4,000 square feet of meeting and event space. Located at the junction of Route 95 and Route 93 on the campus of Boston Mutual Life Insurance, Dunkin’ Donuts Brand along with numerous technology, finance and legal firms.

Responded to a Request for Proposals (RFP) from Boston Mutual Life Insurance to develop, own and operate a hotel with “full service” amenities.
Successfully negotiated a long-term lease while securing a liquor license, brand affiliation and construction financing. We expect to begin site work fourth quarter 2017 and open first quarter of 2019.
