Scope Of Work
This AAA Four Diamond hotel features 414 guest rooms, including 44 suites and 52 luxury condos, in an upscale 38-story hotel/condo structure. One of Atlanta’s top four-star hotels, Loews Atlanta features a restaurant, bar and cafe, fitness center, spa, and business center. Twelve meeting rooms and more than 40,000 sq ft of flexible conference and meeting space that can accommodate up to 1,580 people make this one of the largest conference spaces in the city, and it is the only one with a stunning city view from the 14th floor.
