Scope Of Work

This new three-story, 55,000 sq ft shell office building with site utilities houses the new AdventHealth University of Health Sciences. The project included demolition of the existing two-story structure and relocation of electrical service. The building houses programs such as occupational therapy and pharmacy; simulation laboratories; surgery robotics laboratories; a large multipurpose assembly; a health/fitness center; general classrooms; and office space.
