Scope Of Work

The scope of work consists of the furnishing of all materials, labor, services, permit fees, supervision, tools and equipment, required or incidental to removal and replacement of existing supply fan units, ‘hot deck’ heating coils and Variable Frequency Drive (VFD) units with new fanwall systems and redundant VFD systems at the Gerstein Justice Building as detailed in the specifications, drawings and project manual.  Dodec was required to , furnish all labor, materials, tools, provide equipment, supervision freight and service, including all incidental expenses, insurance, taxes, permits, overhead and profit as necessary or required for the satisfactory completion of the work as specified and delivered to the project site for the referenced work described in the contract documents. We were  responsible for all of the Sub-Contractor trades. We were also be in charge of coordinating security of property and traffic control incidental to construction.
