Scope Of Work
Opcon, as SDVOSB General Contractor (Prime), provided all labor, materials and supervision to perform a scope of work that included: removal and milling of existing asphalt paving; compacting existing base; excavating and installing new base, and pouring new concrete curbs, gutters, widened roads, sidewalks and main entry road to the Columbus Ambulatory Care Center; modification of utilities; removal/restoration of landscaping; site grading and irrigation.
