Scope Of Work
Provide interior demolition, asbestos abatement and renovation to consolidate several rooms into expanded patient service areas in a secured, 24/7 Federal hospital facility. Piping, ductwork, flooring and ceilings were abated. Nine existing rooms were reconfigured and combined to create larger X-ray treatment and vision rooms, new office and clean supply rooms, and a new patient lounge. Mechanical, electrical and plumbing services were modified to service the new floor plan, and new flooring, partitions, ceilings, lighting and corridor finishes were provided.
