Scope Of Work
Demolish and renovate a 4100 sf medical dialysis unit to create and expanded dialysis treatment area with new finishes. Project scope included removal of existing finishes and partitions, and construction of new metal stud and drywall partitions, acoustical ceiling, lighting, painting, flooring, cabinetry, bathrooms, as well as mechanical, electrical and plumbing distribution and services. Project work including creation of space for four additional dialysis chairs, reconfiguring the biomedical room, machine storage room, dialysis training room, soiled utility room, and providing new equipment in the water treatment room.
