Scope Of Work
Phased interior build-out entailing a complete demolition of all existing finishes, including all mechanical and electrical systems, on the 3rd floor of the Oscar G. Johnson VA Medical Center in Iron Mountain, MI. Expanded clinical facilities and transformed underutilized hospital space into full service dental suites, doctor offices, X-ray and laboratory facilities, restroom renovations and waiting/reception areas. Infection control barriers were required to assure uninterrupted work schedules and patient accessibility in an occupied and operating 24/7 medical environment.
