Scope Of Work
A multi-phased, 70,000 sf project that comprises a major renovation of the office and medical production facilities of a regional, 24/7 pharmaceutical distribution center that serves U.S. military veterans. Scope provided new floor plans and entirely new plumbing, heating, air conditioning and electrical systems for a comprehensive relocation of existing, in-use pharmacy spaces. Specific work included new diesel generators, three new rooftop HVAC units, new sanitary system pumps and utility connections, new offices, conference rooms, cafeteria, locker and storage facilities, exterior doors and canopies. Opcon was the General Contractor and coordinated all budget, schedule, phasing and field design issues with the Owner and Architect.
