Scope Of Work
This is a facilities maintenance and repair contract for 17 Army Reserve Center Buildings/Complexes through out the State of Indiana. Each construction project is awarded as an individual task order issued against the basic contract Value of $15 million. Opcon performed various maintenance, repair, alteration projects for the US Army. Some of the types of work we performed on this contract was mechanical and electrical work to included seasonal change overs, DDC controls, fire alarm maintenance, occupancy sensors, etc... We performed site utility repairs, boiler replacements, a canopy project, concrete sidewalk and stair repairs, parking lot repairs including striping, interior building renovations to include door repairs, acoustical ceiling replacement and repair and flooring repairs and replacement projects.
