Scope Of Work
Campbell provided domestic water, sanitary, sewer, natural gas and compressed air for the new Fanatics Apparel manufacturing plant. Additional work approved during construction included laser cutting, providing, and installing a thru-wall dryer exhaust, providing closed-loop plumbing system for a concrete drain/screen washing area, and the provision of water, drain and exterior wall vent for two (2) washing machines. During the second half of the project, Fanatics personnel occupied the warehouse so Campbell coordinated the remaining plumbing activity with ongoing manufacturing activities.
