Scope Of Work
Upgrade (5) 25 year old 100-50 HP variable pitch Wood Varofoil vane-axial fans to fixed pitch variable frequency drive control. Project included:
•Replacement of 54,000 CFM hot deck and 148,000 CFM cold deck coil banks
•New stainless steel drain pans, isolation and balance valves, drains and vents
•Upgrade pneumatic control valves to DDC
•Temporary mechanical partitioning to minimize interruption of building usage
•Engineered systems to facilitate access though building envelope
•Motor and fan assembly testing and refurbishment including windings, stators, housings, penetrant testing and coatings. Functional testing and re-commissioning
