Scope Of Work
Swaggerty Sausage Company, Inc., selected Creative Structures, Inc., to construct their new 32,686 sq. ft. Freezer Facility. This building consisted of 20,726 sq. ft. of subzero (-5°F) freezer, 8,802 sq. ft. of 35°F dock/staging area, 1,267 sq. ft. of office/breakroom and 1,891 sq. ft. of refrigeration and electrical room. This facility has a computer inventory control system that allows Swaggerty to rotate their freezer inventory every 30 days. The dock staging area has the latest in material handling equipment to optimize customer orders and shipping time.
