Scope Of Work
After completing the first store in Knoxville, O’Reilly asked us to consider assisting them in other markets. With a growth and expansion plan of 150 stores a year, they needed us to be responsive, quality driven, and fast, with some projects finishing under 50 days. We have worked under O’Reilly’s corporate development team as well as completing stores for private developers wanting build-to-suit or ground lease projects. Creative Structures also had the honor to build O’Reilly’s 1000th store in Chattanooga, TN.
