Scope Of Work
Creative Structures was honored to construct the first Aldi Food Store in the Knoxville area. The 17,745 sq. ft. store located at 2801 Schaad Road was constructed using structural load-bearing metal stud walls, steel columns and beams, and steel roof joists. The facade of the building is crisp and clean, utilizing brick veneer, a clear anodized aluminum storefront system and trims. By completing the project ahead of schedule, Creative Structures enabled the owner to set an earlier opening date. Several locations have now been completed.
