Scope Of Work

When the owners of Bankers Bank decided to relocate to a larger facility, they contracted us to undertake renovation work to the new building after we had worked well together on a previous successful remodel of their existing building. 

They expanded into an existing 39,000 square foot building that spans two stories. The two-story layout allows the Bankers Bank to occupy the entire upper floor level while continuing to keep the relationship with the ground floor level tenants. 

All renovations and construction to the building were undertaken in a way that allowed all building tenants to remain operational and comfortable during the process, whilst bearing in mind the necessity of a short construction schedule. The renovations and improvements made to the second floor of the building allowed the space to be adapted to the specific needs of the Bankers Bank.
