Scope Of Work
Renovation of the existing 12,000 square foot mansion and the 15,000 square foot two-story expansion. The project consisted of working closely with masonry suppliers and the client to acquire brick for the addition that perfectly matched the color of the existing building. Common areas, including a marble-fireplace lounge, walnut-paneled game room, music room with grand piano and antique-furnished library were restored to their original grandeur and upgraded with air conditioning and sprinkler systems.
