Scope Of Work
This 14,100 square foot dairy barn was built in 1914. A total historic restoration project along with a modern addition. The project incorporated green building techniques for energy efficiency and along with sustainable features such as operating windows, rainwater collection and bioswales for stormwater management, earned the project a LEED Gold rating.
