Scope Of Work
The Roxy Hotel is another Hartz Mountain property at which Donnelly Construction has performed work. One of our most recent projects was a renovation of the Django Bar, which included millwork changes and enhancements to the stage, along with a replacement of the tin ceiling and new flooring at Jack’s Coffee House. We have also performed a renovation of the Roxy’s 193 guest rooms in a phased sequence over three months in order to suit the booking demands of the hotel.
