Scope Of Work
Donnelly Construction was selected to perform this 1,100 sq. ft. interior remodel of this Godiva Chocolatier location in the Town Center at Boca Raton, FL. The project included the replacement of existing storefront with custom sliding doors, new wood flooring through the entire space, custom millwork cashwrap and shelving, a new lighting package, and food service equipment. Donnelly Construction not only met Godiva’s budgetary requirements, but even managed to finish a week ahead of the project’s twelve-week schedule.
