Scope Of Work
Donnelly Construction had the opportunity to perform the interior renovation to the iconic Gallaghers Steak House in New York City. The project included the remodel of the first, second, and third floors which included all new finishes throughout and renovations to the bathrooms, as well as extensive new structural steel work to reinforce each floor. To complete the renovation project, all of the MEP systems were upgraded throughout the entire building.
